Received confirmation that “Eastern Memory No.1”, “A Special Place”, “Mystic Voices” and “As Evening Falls” received awards in the 2009 American Art Awards online juried competition. All works entered were judged by 25 galleries located throughout the U.S. mainland and Hawaii.

“Eastern Memory No.1” and “Power and Grace” were selected and will be on display at the AHA 40th Annual Contemporary Show at Pauahi Tower (downtown Honolulu, HI).

I will be giving a television/radio interview for OC 16 TV and K108 promoting the artwork being displayed by some of Hawaii’s talented artists.  The art display is part of the “Night Market” event being held at the Waterfront in Aloha Tower market place the same evening--come see some fantastic artwork and enjoy all the festivities.

January

2010 ended on a high note with the completion of my latest work, “In My Father’s Garden”.  I will have this posted in the Gallery section very soon.  I am very much looking forward to 2011 as I  explore and take my work in new directions.  Best of all, I’m excited about being able to share my creations with you!!!  Thanks for your continued support.
